You don’t need to worry about equipment; our facilities have surfboards for all levels (including high-buoyancy foam boards for maximum stability) and wetsuits adapted to the season. Furthermore, our instructors, with extensive experience in surfing and teaching, will make every session an unforgettable experience.

Step by Step: What Does a Typical Lesson Look Like?
So you can come with complete peace of mind, here’s how we structure our surf lessons to ensure your progression is solid and safe:
- Arrival at the School: Welcome at our beachfront school, introduction to your assigned instructor and delivery of all the necessary technical equipment (board, wetsuit, leash).
- Introduction and Safety: Essential explanation of safety rules on the beach and in the water, as well as basic knowledge of how currents and tides work.
- Basic Techniques (On the Sand): Dry-land practice on how to paddle efficiently, how to position yourself on the board and the pop-up technique (standing up correctly).
- Practice in the Water: Applying the techniques learned among the waves, with constant supervision and correction from the instructor.
- Wrap-up and Feedback: Rinsing and collecting the equipment, answering any questions and access to our changing rooms with hot showers so you leave feeling relaxed.

Each lesson lasts approximately 2 hours. During this time, you’ll receive a perfect combination of theoretical instruction on the sand and guided practice in the water to maximise your learning.
How many lessons do you need to learn to surf?
The number of lessons needed varies depending on each person and their previous physical condition, but from our experience we recommend starting with a 5 or 10-lesson pass to build a solid foundation, get used to the movements and progress adequately on your own.
