Course Details

Arrival at the school:

Meeting point at our school located on the beach.

Presentation of the instructor and delivery of wetsuits.

Selection of the appropriate board for each case.

Introduction and safety:

Explanation of safety rules on the sand and in the water.

Knowledge of currents, tides and how to act in different situations.

Basic techniques:

Teaching in the sand on how to paddle, position yourself on the board and stand up correctly.

Practice of essential movements before entering the water.

Practice in the water:

Application of what has been learned in the waves with constant supervision and support from the instructor.

First experiences surfing waves, building confidence and interest in surfing.

Closing and feedback:

Washing and collection of the material.

Space to change and shower with hot water in our facilities.
